Fantastic Floors & Interiors provides a Lifetime warranty on installation for all flooring purchased through Fantastic Floors & Interiors and installed by Fantastic Floors & Interiors installers. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions.
Installation Warranty includes:
- Repairing seams
- Repair of roll crush
- Restretching wrinkles
- Replacing/repairing metal transitions
- Removing air pockets from resilient flooring
- Replacing or repairing loose hardwood or laminate boards
- Replacing or repairing severely uneven ceramic tiles or stone
- Product must be purchased at Fantastic Floors
- Product must be installed by Fantastic Floors installers.
Installation Warranty does NOT include:
- Abuse
- Flooding or natural disaster
- Improper cleaning or care (see maintenance guide)
- Pilling or blossoming of yarn (see manufacturer’s warranty)
- Staining and soiling (see manufacturer’s warranty)
- Chips, cracks, gouges, or scratches (see manufacturer’s warranty)
- Foundation settling or subfloor movement
- Moisture damage
- Products not installed by Fantastic Floors installers
- Damage due to gas, water, and plumbing.
Note: All warranties are void if the homeowner chooses not to follow Fantastic Floors & Interiors installation instructions, including following manufacturer’s guidelines for installation, using proper subfloor, underlayment, or padding, and installing on even surfaces.
